The villa is also ideal for those who require privacy and security. Due to its location, the 15000 m2 plot has an almost flat and secure green garden, surrounded by pine trees and a high natural fence.

To make it a safe place by all means, 15 professional security cameras cover the whole outside area and the gate with its street.

A high-end alarm system offers two modes of operation, one at home and one outside. A security service is alerted 24 hours a day if an alarm event is triggered (5 types).

Thanks to a state-of-the-art home automation system, the alarm system and all exterior lighting can be managed from anywhere in the house with an iPhone or an iPad, and can also be accessed (on request) when outside the villa.
