On entering the property we find a Mediterranean garden among tall pine trees where the only noise is the singing of the birds... with an Ibicencan house divided into several rooms and a tower that perches majestically over a large lake full of turtles.

The main house has: kitchen and laundry room, large living room with fireplace, dining room, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs there is a huge bedroom with an open bathroom and views of the lake from the bathtub, there is another bedroom on the same floor with an individual entrance.

On the lower floor of the tower there is a double bedroom and on the upper floor another bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The pool area is very comfortable.

There are several terraces and a large porch to enjoy summer dinners.
